When he gets really mad and/or his energy is low he goes into rage mode
He can fly for short amounts of time in Rage mode
A ninja mode: obtains,Sword Shurikens and turns black. (got it from beating daytrox but he forfeited :P)
Energy Ball:Charges up energy and shoots a huge energy ball.(Only Rage mode)
NRG Beam:Just a beam like in DBZ :P.

Can Only Teleport short distance unless hes in rage mode (or any other mode) then he can teleport very far and frequently.
Teleportation can only be done every 15 seconds (if hes weak and forced into normal mode)
Energy ball and NRG blasts in rage mode take up alot of energy and may have to switch into a different mode after using.
Runs out of stamina if he runs/teleports like OMG YOLO

Story:
Setto Grew Up with his sister Sara In New stick city. One day, while he was walking with his sister when the were attacked by armed criminals. In order to protect his sister, he fought them himself, while his sibling escaped home. He then made the biggest discovery of his life: his powers.
Gunshots rang out as they attempted to kill Setto. Then, in an instant, everyone of them laid dead, as Setto stood nearby. To save himself, he activated his abilities on complete accident. He used his super speed to dodge all the bullets, leaving only one destination left for them: the attackers themselves. Setto then realized that he had a gift, and that he needed to use it to protect others, as he had that day. He vowed to become stronger, and protect the innocent.
Setto fights in the RHG to become a strong fighter, and to fight against those who would harm others.
