Mr. Numbers? Sounds like someone who'd have a calculator on him at all times, like someone who is pretty damn good at maths. So let's assume this guy is really intelligent, especially in the maths section. Give him some intelligence in areas like physics, too. (Maths is pretty much the base of everything so it's possible)
I'd say this guy would have the ability to calculate stuff in his head incredibly fast, stuff like the environment, like weapons, like trajectories of thrown stuff/bullets. This guy could look at an environment and think up of hundreds of different possible solutions. This guy wouldn't need strength, speed or stamina. This guy could throw a rock somewhere and create a domino-like set of events that would end up as an explosion or some shit. Guy could pick up a gun and shoot it, calculating where the bullet would bounce off and at what angle to create the perfect shot.
Of course, performing such actions would mean that he'd not be physically fighting. He'd need a steady hand, a brief moment where he could think and prepare. Maybe when he's thinking, his brain speeds up thus slowing down his perception of time? Of course he'd move in slowmotion along with it, but he could see everything and take it all in.
So there's some ideas.
