His bracelets turn into his weapons by powering the braclets with his energy that then power up the special metals to turn them into whatever wep he wants. His energy is limited by the way, so if he shoots enough bullets or changes weapons too much he will run out of it and will just have to rely on his brute strength and teleportation.
