Well honestly, I think the problem is you've given him complete control over gravity with pretty negligible restrictions. Your dude could literally instakill anything he came in contact with without using most of his powers. I will refer you to my rhg. He can manipulate atoms, but so as to make it so he can't snap his fingers and split them or pull a doctor manhatan and de-atomize his opponent, I made his powers mainly limited to quantum mechanics things like teleportation and existing in multiple places simultaneously, along with one kind of deadly long ranged attack. But that's still pretty op, so I made it so that his weakness, (being unable to fight hand to hand) balances out the rest of his powers and effectively turns all the powers that you'd assume would be used offensively into defensive powers. It's all about striking a balance man, and right now your rhg has like no balance, he's basically unbeatable in every feasible scenario.

Well under weaknesses i added that nextris sucks at hand to hand, but i removed it because i thought that people would say that im just avoiding the opportunity to animate combos. So i guess i can put that back. But i really thought that his time limits on his power would be a great weakness and the fact that his space has a limited diameter. And once your not
In that space you should be fine since he can do this stuff only to things in the space. A rhg that is really fast and specialize in long range or short range attacks could beat him.
