Tbh, if you cant animate it, then you shouldnt do it..
I would limit this rhg from

Creation of spaces (room, dimension)

Able to change the gravitational pull on objects within the space- GRAVITY SWITCH
Able to apply motion or direction to anything in the space- VECTOR ESTABLISHED

Able to apply the centre of gravity to a specific object in the space- UNIVERSAL GRAVITATION
Able to alter magnetism on any metal within the space- POLAR MEASURE
to
Levitation of some sort
Some sort of "force" like ability.
And since i like waffles ideas for abilities::
Special enhancement:
Able to apply the centre of gravity to a specific mass in space.
Since maybe you like the creating stuff. you could make it so that your character can not only change the density, but also atom structure and overall shape. For instance.
Some gas into solid.
Adding onto the space thing. . .
On a certain area around him, he can control gravity. But everything is slow motion.
Counterplay and weaknesses :
-Higher range
-High speed rates (since it would counter the slow motion in some way?)
-Low stamina / mana / energy source
-Low float distance and only inside his "space"
-1 "space" per fight?
~Quantom mode would be when inside his "space" where he controls gravity and time.
That is what i would make, So that outside his space he would be vulnerable but with high range. Inside it. Less vulnerable but with less reaction and more consumption of whatever stamina he uses.
Overall nice layout tho. I wish the demos explained more his abilities tho.
