My understanding of the replays is that it simulates the game by using the in game inputs it records during the actual match. I doubt there can be swf conversion but downloads I guess if you had an offline client.

In the era before the replay link people used not urls, but giant walls of text that represented the entire game. Every move made by both players were converted to text, and through this copy pastable format, replays were put into a simulator and well... simulated. Correct me if im wrong, but I beleive that replays are still stored in this format, but the linking way we have now makes it much easier to access. Therefore, I dont think its possible to convert these to swfs or movs...

I ask this question because if they could develop a way for this to happen. (If not already) then it could be viewable on phone and other web browsers. Without having to be near a CPU.

Sure, you can record them and make them into whatever video file format you want. :D

I lack the software bro.
I downloaded bandicam from my friends laptop to a USB. However errors occurred when I tried to open the app on my desktop. Said language file was broken.

Maybe download it yourself. Who knows. Maybe your friend has a virus on his.

And i dont think theyll be adding the change thingy, as we can download recording software ourselves and change it.
