Smirking for a moment Dante put Iris down next to Sebastian and looked down at the man on the ground. "I like seeing that side of him. Thank you." Walking back to Nikolai Dante peered around a moment and motioned to Anna. "Anna. Go get some rest. I need to speak with Nikolai before bed okay?" Moving to Nikolai she grabbed his shoulder as if to say 'Come with me' and before her could even speak she flipped him so that his back was against the wall, and slammed her free hand into the rock behind him and spoke lowly. "So you like seeing my armor off, huh?"

Nikolai's rage and resentment towards Sebastian's insinuation slowly dissipated as he saw Dante walking towards him and peering around. He arched his eyebrow as she sent Anna to get some rest, grabbing at his shoulders as if to tell him to follow her. He obliged, and eventually they were in a secluded area where the others could no longer see them. Before he could say anything, or ask why they were here, he felt his back be shoved against the wall formation, slamming her hand into the rock behind him as she asked him a question that insinuated to him of something interesting coming.
A smirk formed on his face, realizing that his trench coat was with Anna still. "Yeah. I'd like to see some other articles of clothing off too."

Mason looked at bub, and as a grim wave flew over him, he decided not to take it so darkly "Well shit man, at least you're still alive right? And yeah no I haven't changed at all." He jabbed sarcastically as he looked down at his hands "I kinda died too, but its a really weird story that I barely even understand. This stuff is just Yoosa getting his grubby hands on me. We got him though, so at least he wont be bothering us again."

Anna wasn't tired in the slightest. Even the thought of trying to sleep made her frown.
But she knew exactly the tone of Dante's voice. Despite herself, she called forth a bit of her old self, waving in exaggerated motions at the two of them to get their attention, before making a large barfing gesture, pretending to look disgusted.
But then she laughed and discreetly walked away feeling happy for them both.
Tonight, for the first time in a while, she decided to sit alone.
It suited her well at that moment, because now more than any other time, she really was alone. In a way that was different than having family and friends. While everyone had their companions that made them feel alive; Iris and Sebastian, Dante and Nikolai, Michael and his band of friends...
Anna didn't have anyone. She simply did not fit. She loved her friends like family, but that was really that. They were family and they loved her too, and she really did appreciate that. But despite it all...
She really did feel lonely sometimes.
The little girl sighed, and she held Nikolai's trench coat close to her as she lied down, her mind racing a million thoughts a minute.

Dante's smirk grew as she pressed herself against him gripping hard into the minerals behind him compressing them hard as she bit the corner of her lower lip. Pressing her forehead against his she whispered now. "Then you better fucking work for it then." Dante placed her left leg in between his while her right was on the outside of his left. "I won't just let you have it." Nikolai in the moon light was extremely attractive, along with his red eyes to accent the night.

As she was placed next to Sebastian, Iris said to him "It is indeed a beautiful night..." she smiled looking up the stars and sighed, "Me and my little brother used to play and spot the brightest stars trying to imagine a sort of object or animal, he could never understand me tho, I could spot stars that the human eye could barely see but it was still fun...", she changed her face to a serious expression and lied her head on Sebastian's shoulder, she felt like a hit to her stomach starting to get worried again. "...It has been months since I saw them all... do you think they're ok? "....
"Not like he can answer...I guess I just need someone else to tell me so..."

"I never had siblings..." Sebastian mused as he looked at the stars, "But I am one of the best in the world at finding shapes in the stars." He snickered and pointed out animals he saw. His demeanor changed however as he processed what she said next about her family. "Safe..." He mulled over the word, he didn't even know what it meant any more, there was no safe here, it was just the calm before the storm. "I don't know what to say Iris, I mean I hope that they're safe as well. I know how it feels to lose family members and I'd hate for that to happen to you." He reached down and grabbed her hand with his. He kept what he said to himself as he sighed, But the chances of them being safe isn't really plausible, more than likely is the fact that they're dead. "So what can you see in the stars right now Iris?"
Samson crawled off Iris' shoulder and padded on the ground, his master seemed to be too busy to cuddle him so he had to look for someone else to enjoy his adorableness. He scanned and found the small little girl that had taken care of him during that time master was acting funny. He scurried over to Anna who was lying there in her own thoughts and licked her nose. Nikolai felt Dante's body press hard against his own, her left leg going between his own as the right hung outside. She pressed her forehead against his own and whispered to him, causing his smirk to grow. His hands grasped at the back of her head, "Since when did you make the rules?"
He scoffed and shoved his lips against her soft ones, his hands now wrapping around her entire frame as he pulled her closer to him, grinding against her as both bodies meshed together were illuminated by the dim moonlight. Nikolai could already tell by the passionate kiss and the fact that both of them were heated up, that the night would be long, and filled with lust.
Some hours later....
By the time they had finished releasing their animalistic urges on one another, Nikolai could not even tell what time it was, and how long they had gone at it. The moon was beginning to fall beneath the mountains, indicating sunrise wasn't far away. It had to have been at least eight hours straight. He fell next to her, both of the two's clothing sprawled around them in various places. He lied down next to her and wrapped both arms around her naked body, pulling her close to his muscular frame. He pressed his lips softly and gently against hers, lingering for a long while before eventually breaking it.
"Well," He said, a slight pant in his voice, "That was a spectacular night."
He made it a point to nuzzle and cuddle her, looking up at the sky. "Let's not get dressed and go back to the others until we can watch the sun rise. I've...never really watched it in person before."

"But they're inside the walls of the human territory, I know it's at the edge of the frontlines but..." Iris could just get even more worried with sebastian's words, the simple fact of thinking in the posibility that something can happen to his little brother or parents made her feel terrible. Sebastian asked her to look up... but she could just look down, placing her chin on her knees she huged her legs as she thought "Maybe I should've never left home...they only had me to protect them...those policemen don't even know what a Fraysan looks like.", she sighed deeply once again and looked at the ground with glassy eyes.
Despite her sadness Sebastian and Iris could keep chatting all night, not even noticing the hours passing by, telling eachother life experiences after and before the invasion, she tried to comfort herself thinking that her loved ones would be safe, but her worries were slightly stronger and even tho she enjoyed the night she had her thoughts couldn't leave her alone. She looked behind at Anna who was just sitting there by herself and a bit away from her was the monster she once knew as Bub, "man... I do feel bad for him, I wish we could do something about it".

-As his memories flashed before him. What Mason witness was just a huge monster staring at a small child as if gawking at its next meal. He spend the rest of the night contemplating on a pile of rock he build out of the debris.

It felt good to smile and laugh with someone, Sebastian mused as he talked with Iris, he got to learn so much about her as they talked through the night. He could see that her family situation was troubling her greatly, but they couldn't go check in on them. It would take weeks if not more to reach the front lines, time they didn't have as that there was stuff to handle where they were right now. He couldn't imagine taking even a day off of doing what they've been doing. He sat up and followed her gaze and looked at Bub, "I wonder what we're going to do now, Sholdra wanted us to kill him, now that he's our comrade, I get a bad feeling that she's going to kick up whatever she was planning up a couple notches. Now Iris please look at me." He waited, "I'm sure we'll someday have the chance of going back to your home village and see if they still live, but I don't think we can dream that far being..." He left what he said hanging as he noticed what he was saying. He was being a pessimist. Correction, a realist. He grit his teeth.
"I don't think we should dream because I know it's going to happen. I promise I'll make sure that you'll get to see your family again and eat your mother's cooking again." He smiled. He wanted to stay optimistic but they lived in danger, and they still had more originals to fight. Death was going to happen.

After several hours it was quite difficult for Dante to even sit up as she was breathing relatively hard and breathed through her nose as he moved over to kiss her for awhile. Now able to place her pale hand onto the back of his head holding him there she closed her eyes happily. As Nikolai broke the kiss Dante snickered at his comment and nodded. "It hurt like hell, but let's just say I like it that way." Turning to him she noticed he wasn't going to sit up as she smiled now knowing she didn't need to and just looked up at the twilight sky smiling. "I have. Many...many times with my sister... we snuck out of the house while our 'parents' were asleep. It was the only time we got to be by ourselves. No worries. I even told her the morning they took her away that I'd always protect her. I was never so hurt in my life..." Dante had never before spoken to anyone with such emotion. She briefly spoke to Anna about it, but she never felt something about it. It made her chest hurt.

With most of the group resting and waiting for daylight, it didn't take long for people to start drifting off to sleep. Nobody noticed the slinking dark creatures quietly skulking towards the group. Nobody heard the monsters as they poisoned a couple of the heroes with a sleeping agent. Nobody saw the fraysans as they dragged away two members of the party.
About an hour passed before Nikolai awoke. He seemed to have passed out from agony. His throat ached and his groin felt like it was on fire. He looked over at Michael and was shocked to see that not only was he alive, but he had freed himself from his constraints. He was working on the last foot brace before he noticed Nikolai staring at him. The soldier raised his finger to his mouth in order to signal stealth. After some tinkering the restraint came loose and Vigilante was completely freed. He looked at Nikolai one time, yet again raising his finger to his mouth and disappeared into the darkness. He came back about 10 minutes later carrying both of their supplies. He freed Nikolai from his constraints and whispered into the bounty hunter's ear.
"I saw two of them outside our door, if we want to escape we'll have to fight our way out. I'll carry you on my back but you have to protect us. If you can't do that then I'll have to leave you do you understand?"
Footsteps were heard coming towards them and Michael wasted no time waiting for an answer. He threw Nikolai's trench coat over the gunman's back and handed him his revolvers before lifting him up onto his back.
"LET'S GO THEN!" Michael yelled before kicking open a metal door, plunging the room into the bright light of a hallway beyond.

Waking up several hours later Dante realized Nikolai was gone. Oh shit... she fell asleep before they saw the sun rise. Quickly wrapping herself and getting into her suit she winced and moved back over to the group. "G-guys?" Looking around she also noticed Michael was gone. "Did... did Michael and Nikolai leave?" Dante was so confused as she braced a boulder to look at all of the sleepy team mates. "Dear God what time is it..." The heat wasn't that bad, but the humidity was pretty brutal as she began to get nervous.
