Quote from NishIncorrect. He will speak to you. But he will not emote to you. Expect a conversation, not a smile and roses.

Pox is in. Final spot is reserved for Devour should he choose to play.
EDIT: after discovering the mass appeal of this I will allow up to 15 players. But be warned the more players there are the more powerful your enemies become.

Oh god. I'm leaving the decision 100% to you, I really don't suggest letting 15 people in. Remember, the more people, the more chaotic the thread becomes and the more impossible it is for everyone to keep up and be on the same page as each other. Remember how Blaman missed every single battle of AoH? That'll happen to half the active roster :p
But with that said, I'm in! I'll use a modified version of Anna because I really love her character.
Mighty Morde huehuehue
Name: Annabeth Massiruche
Appearance: Anna is a child, no more than 11 years old. Her blonde hair trails down to below her shoulders, and she always has to brush her bangs out of the way of her large brown eyes. She always wears a dark red gown.... and sneakers.
Slight Backstory: Annabeth's home was subjected to the brunt of the Freysan invasion. The peaceful scene of her home was transformed into a brutal, bloody massacre in instants. Only Anna's powers saved her as she enshrouded herself in a cocoon of her power, but the experience leaves her sometimes wishing that she had perished too. As Anna's parents rose once more as bloodthirsty monsters, they arose and began to senselessly beat against her walls, tirelessly, again and again and again. Anna could only stare them in the eyes as she wailed and cried, fighting to keep her concentration, lest she died as well.
Rescue didn't come until 24 hours later, when a small squad of humans shot into the house, killing the husks of Anna's parents dead. The girl collapsed on the spot, and was taken for medical care.
Personality: A little bit of the bright, kind and caring girl remains, but what resides on the surface is jaded, and damaged in every sense of the word. She tries not to let herself descend too far into melancholy, but sometimes she just doesn't care. But still she has vowed to protect those around her and to fight they Freysans with her life. She also possesses extraordinary intelligence.
Abilities: None. Anna is as weak and fragile as any 11 year-old girl.
Powers: Anna has the ability to create extremely durable forcefields around her. The further away they are from her the harder it is to sustain, and the weaker the field is. But close up (less than 10 feet away), they become all but indestructable.
Weapons/Equipment: None.

Yeah i get what you mean, I'm thinking I'll just close applications now because even I was sketchy on having too many people in. I blame Aquila.
EDIT: We have a full roster now! It's time to start the game!
I'll have the first post up in about an hour giving you guys a starting direction. All players will start in the city/in the area surrounding the city.

Hooray :)
I'm sort of realizing though that if I can only plop forcefields down, that won't be very fun or exciting. May I add the ability to move them, very very slowly? I'm talking like 6 inches a second. It'll just let me push people off edges and stuff.

I don't see a problem with that.
Alright here we go!

"Hello?! Anybody left out there?" The question rang out through any and all sources. Television sets, car radios, stereo systems all questioned the same; were there any survivors?
"If anyone can hear me out there.. I'm at 2200 Rosa Lane. You know, in the building with the big radio tower on top! I have somewhat of a safe haven here and some information if you're willing to come help me!" The voice was that of an older man, but no matter where they were, the heroes were sure to hear it. The only problem was the city was now infested with monstrous beings and the fallen humans of the initial attack were beginning to revive. It was time to move.
Objective:
Make your way to 2200 Rosa Lane in the center of the city. The objective will have a large radio tower on top of it.
Each player is currently separated from each other, though I'm leaving it up to you to decide where your character was in the initial attack. The closer you are to the center of the city the more attention that is already drawn to you.

The sudden static and announcement startled Sebastian who could only see the building in question at a distance. Maximilian who was nesting in his hair was even more startled and with panicked squeaks, got his claws tangled into Sebastian's bone-ivory hair. "Ow, goddammit!" His fingers fluttered over his bat's feet, fixing his ensnared hair.
The bat squeak, "Ow, goddammit!" In a faint echo. Once freed, Maximilian calmed and settled back down.
Samson chattered, "Safe haven... they... help... us?"
"Safe haven... they... help... us?" The bat faintly echoed once again. Sebastian nodded to his ferret's and bat's question. To the normal person, if they existed anymore, all they would hear from the two creatures would be squeaks, but Sebastian understood them.
The building was miles away, maybe two or three. He would have to go through many city blocks to reach the safe haven or so the mysterious man called it. He didn't need Maximilian's hearing or Samson's instincts to tell that there were Fraysans nearby. He sent Maximilian out and the vampire bat scout flew on silent wings, investigating the path ahead, using echolocation it saw what others could not. It flew back and reported back to Sebastian.
There weren't much heavy duty enemies nearby, mostly just a few Necros, what there were more in number of however, were infected humans. Maximilian had only flown a few city blocks so he didn't know what was in the deeper recesses of the city. He couldn't risk flying, there could be dangerous obstacles in the sky. He began his steady way through the streets, treading carefully, quietly, ever observing, and ever ready. It wasn't easy moving silently across the barren streets. Buildings were twisted heaps of metal, glass shattered everywhere. The ground was rived with pot holes and craters, debris was everywhere. The sad winds swept across, howling as it brought gales of dust with it. Pebbles clattered, glass cracked, he was safe as long as the wind blew. The small knife he had around his neck was being held tightly in his fingers, the blade out, ready to invoke the powers within Samson and Maximilian when needed.

Anna knows what she's going to do.
When the message first rang out, it was immediately apparent that those that would heed the call for help would be those with supernatural powers, just like her own. After calculating the most common routes through the city, it was then and there that she decided she had enough of this dreadful children's hospital that tried to restrict her every movement. Without another word she stood up, and she made her way to the picture window which gazed out into the city below.
An effortless thought of will brought forth a force field just a little smaller than the window before her, resting against its surface. Slowly it moved, pushing against the barrier as if it did not even exist, bending for one brief instant before...
CRASH!
Anna disintegrated her shield, and wind gusted into the room from the city, blowing her hair and her gown wildly around her. Her brown eyes did not flinch or waver as she created another force field on the building's walls, facing upwards, and she stepped onto it steadily. And then she created another, walking forth as if taking a second step on a large stairway, removing the last one. And then she created another. And another. And another.
And then eventually, the little girl sat at the top of the Children's Hospital building, her eyes on the ground below her, waiting to spot any other supernatural to come along.
And then she would protect them.
Working together, the two of them would surely make it to the center of the city to find the man who needed help.

The voice rang through Mason's ears. He was startled by the voice, but was soon called by the reassurance that there was still survivors. He took a deep sigh as he got up inside the broken down windowless van he had taken refuge in. The last thing he wanted to do was leave, but at the same time his curiosity was killing him. He wanted to know who this man was, and if he could help find a safer place. He slowly creaked open the door in the back of the van and saw a manhole. Since he was on the outskirts of the city, it would be much safer to get to the address through the sewers than by walking through the streets. He slipped in with his pistol aimed in front of him as he walked through the bowels of the city. Besides a possible Fraysan his biggest problem he thought would be navigating the sewers.

River jerked as he was awoken by a voice echoed through the alleyway where he stayed. He peaked through the trash can where he stayed holding a glass shard in his palm. Finally realizing no one was there he jumped out to inspect the noise.
"Oh..." He said relieved. It was only the radio he found in the alleyway barely working. He listened to the man on the radio for a while talking about a safe haven.
"Big radio tower?" He thought. The towering buildings made it hard to see the tower completely. He then took a running start to the other side of the alley and ran up the wall into a nearby open window into a vacant apartment room. He ran up the fire escape to the top until he could see the radio tower in the distance. "Damn that's far." He said lazily. He climbed onto the roof of the apartment then scoped out a route to take.
"Well I should be there in no time." He said stretching. He then took off jumping from roof to roof. Slowly progressing towards the tower.

Nikolai stood erect in the middle of what was once a busy street, before everything went to hell. Both of his revolvers were clasped tightly in his grasp, as he glanced forward with his sea green hues at the array of dead Fraysan scum. They were mostly Necros and revived humans, virtually void of any stronger creatures. The barrels of Thomas and Grace were smoking from the various explosions of gunpowder. His mouth was covered by his dark bandana, but it was obvious that he was smiling at the death. His breathing was heavy, and he moved his hands to attempt to wipe some of the blackened blood from his trench coat.
He was startled slightly by the sudden static noise of the radio at his side crackling to life. He glanced down to the radio and listened intently, his head darting over to the radio tower high in the sky. It wasn’t too far from his position, in fact it was only a couple of blocks away.
“Well then…” He began, “I guess it’s time I make some noise.”
He chuckled ever so lightly to himself before gracefully placing his guns back in his holster, deciding to use it later when he saw more of the scummy mutilated monsters. Whether they were original Fraysans, or revived humans, he would shoot them through the head. He began to walk towards the radio tower, his boots clomping hard against the pavement, continuously looking around for any creatures.

As Mason felt his way through the dark sewer labyrinth, he began to hear shuffling sounds ahead of him. Peering cautiously into the darkness he could make out the shapes of about 30 reanimated corpses. As they slowly approached slower Mason turned around, heading back the way he came for a different path, only to be met with a harsh clicking sound getting closer from that direction. Trapped between the two forces Mason must now make a choice.
