it counts. I dont think there's a maximum, but the case here is extreme: buddyrobo had set his fight for a mere 2-3 days, then calling a result that makes no sense. It's not the usual lifespan of a poll so it risks the chance of being more tainted.

Plus he seems to be under the impression that a new RHG is a new slate. It's not.

No. They count. The 1-week poll rule was just recently established. It is in effect as of yesterday. So any battles before then are fine. But it was only recently established to clarify that less-than-a-week shenannigans like what just happened isnt allowed
