Nowhere in juggerman's rules does it say he had to declare before a switch.

That's true, but I guess we just assumed we were using standard prep rules and I had to declare an empire switch.
Also, the replay Hash put down as R1 was actually our R2 game. So,

yep, we used a skype call to communicate

I forfeit against WyzDM, with timezones and my current schedule getting a match is simply not happening and this tourney has been held up long enough.

Wyzdm seem to have retired because of his lag O.o
