So after Hewitt's intervention on a certain thread on this section, someone made a suggestion that someone do the same, but in a well, more complete manner. So here we go.

This thread will promote 3 users every week, that's well known in the SE community. They may even not have an SP acc, but is still known from the general SE community. I'll probably do until 30-40 users, if I can even find that many lol. Rate users in a classic 1-10 fashion. You'd have to mainly vote their behavior, but you can rate them based on their SE skills too. But rate their attitude, mostly.

You have a write up that goes with your rating, if not, it'll be disregarded. I plan to compile the overall score and put it in the OP and compare it with other users. And if your write up is impressive, I put it up along with the leaderboards. Also, your rating must be a full 1-10 full number. Ridiculous rating like 2.22222 or roasted marshmallows/10 will not count.

im deeply, but at least in my opinion, he is a very responsible and polite person. He once tried to make SoS the best and largest clan in the community, and he did it successfully for a period of time.
I remember when I was in FN, he tried to give an option for FN to merge with SoS, and that was for the sake of remaining FN members. He claimed that a responsible leader and an active clan are needed for FN members, instead of forcing them staying in a dead clan. I cannot agree with him more than that. And at that time I know he is a very good leader.
In addition, he blamed on every player who abused ele glitch. He is harsh for that and he always remains play in a fair and straight way. This gains all my respect to him.*
Sadly he was same as khan and became inactive suddenly, and he ended up making SoS a dead clan without notifications. He could not keep his good leader image, which made him one mark deducted. ~ mysterybat

Chaos - 10/10 - OH MAN THIS GUY. Spent so much time with him, running minis and preps, discussing things. This guy is amazing, sadly he went inactive without telling me, just like I went inactive without telling Mystery... ~ DragonBallZ

chaos 10/10 - A great man, a decent player, and a great leader. He went silent around the time of the world cup, and he was declining in activity before that, but he before that he was always striving to better his clanmates and himself. Had lots of fun conversations with him in #sos-chat and #team-zenith. I hope he's doing well wherever he is. ~ IHATETHISNAME [/Spoiler]

E, or even I'm SP in general. The amount of work you put in SE is simply admirable. You strive to keep the game as balanced and fun as possible. Through SE, I've met a lot of great people, and made a lot of friends. And although I haven't had a single chat with you, I can tell you're a cool guy. Keep up the work man. ~ Ai

Consider the fact that he creates this game, and update the new patches , I have to give him a nice rating . He is also a good player, and willing to hear suggestion from players. The only 1 point deducted is due to the flaws of the game cannot be fixed, especially the biggest lag issue, which ruins this game so much ~Mysterybat

Cool guy and made a great game. Like others said a solid player with pretty good skill. Only grievances are that he is way too lax with banning boosters and cheaters, even when they are reported by multiple players. ~jerrytt

CJ 9/10 - I never see you (actually I do see you update SE alot). I've never played Stick Empires. I've never had to talk with you. But what you do is super admirable, not as a proponent of the Stickpage community, but as a hard-working developer who is always one step ahead towards a certain future. I can see why some SP oldbies could say that you don't value the intrinsic value of the whole Stickpage community, but when you're doing this it's hard to see why. nice to talk with. He's an elder for a reason - he's mature and always willing to take an initiative. What he lacks is his play in SE (Due to his location) and his lag wasn't so good. Wish you could play more SE, but, I can feel guilty with you that I did not do what the responsibilities I had been given, trusted on as an Elder - and I was a Warlord in TZ yet I didn't handle what I should have. ~ DSZ

Ai : 8/10 , know this dude for quite a long time since I first joined TZ. Gave me quite good advices before. Another person whom I respect in this community. 2 Marks deducted due to inactive in SE and TZ. ~ mysterybat

If we're speaking relative to Ai's reputation and action on these boards, then Ai definitely deserves a 9. I've only known Ai apparently "after" he was an insufferable dickhead, so I can't claim to have full exposure through his entire development. That being said, while Ai's logic isn't always impeccable, he's still someone who can voice his opinions respectfully and still entertain others. There's a certain ability that I always feel separates the WIP users to the exemplary users, and it's the ability to talk to others properly. Ai has long succeeded in having that ability, and as time goes on he only serves to prove that point even more. Now I seem him taking up a more leadership like position in the SE community, and I'm glad he's one of the more prominent figures in this section. ~ Raptor

ubt the elite of this community, his opinions always make sense. In the first few months that I joined TZ, I got no one help on my SE skills and was quite lonely. But this guy was the only one who spent much time to play with me, gave me suggestions and chat with me. Because of him, my order skill in SE skyrocket and got to top 10 suddenly, he was basically the only one in TZ who could be my teacher in SE before. Had many nice time with him before, sadly this guy is too inactive now. ~ mysterybat

DAZ 10/10: I haven't been able to have any real contact with you for several months now, perhaps because of the time differences and school making it nearly impossible to actually be on at the same time, but you were extremely helpful and explained yourself whenever we were working on the wiki (which helped so much with getting it to 100%) and again you helped and explained lots when you were trying to help me learn Chaos, and while I did terrible in those practises the information has helped me drastically since. Never remember hearing anything offensive from you, just useful criticism and good advice. ~ skeletonxf

DAZ: 7/10 DAZ, is a cool guy. In the starting whenever I met I just thought he was there to ask for something that I would be ashamed of. He was kid to me bcz he ranted on my site to just make me awake and give answers to his questions. I disliked him in the past but then I just thought he has changed and also hes a good player. A person who can handle many things. A person who is good to spend time with. The 3 marks are not given just bcz he does rage sometimes and reacts bad to somebody, The same rage makes him do childish moves. But other than that, hes very good ~ Usman [/spoiler]

istinct personality. A young, fun, enthusiastic personality. This made him: A.) An awesome guy to talk to B.) A guy whose every forum post was fun to read. With stories, ideas, and jokes, this Magikill is pretty cool. Then there is "Chaos,is it fair?" The most infamous thread in all of Stick Empires. This thread gives him a minus one from me because, well, Chaos wasn't completely OP at the time. About Tec and TGC, I don't really care, that isn't my concern. What gives me even MORE points for Buddy is "Orderly Guy" An awesome story thread that made us look at ourselves and make fun of ourselves. Overall, Buddy is a kid at heart, but isn't too immature. 9/10. ~ juggerman1

Buddylucky2 8/10 - He's been around for a long time. He doesn't play anymore unfortunately, but he still pops his head in Zenith IRC sometimes. Cool guy, just wish he'd get over the self-depreciation. ~ IHATETHISNAME

Buddy: 9/10 A great guy, was/is the most loyal member of TGC, who still didnt join any other clan, I loved his style of using magis, I have talked to him some times and he is very chill, the one mark goes less because I remember that he started the thread that chaos is OP and somehow I just didnt like it. One of my closest friend, but also my local friend. When I first noticed there was a player who is from the same city like me, I was really surprised. And we became friends very soon. In general, he is always a nice guy, tries to talk friendly and shares his feelings. Even though I am extremely busy, I actually talk with him almost everyday. He likes to share everything, including his drawings, his videos, his comics or .... more.
Of course his jokes and drawings are not that funny as he think. :P
And his attitude is quite similar to Buddy XD He always takes everything in a relax state and seldom takes anything serious. And this is the biggest difference between me and him. I am very competitive and try to overcome any difficulties, and be the top one in every field. He is never competitive, he always likes to enjoy a relax mood instead of intense environment. But I had a quarrel with him before due to this attitude difference before. Originally I thought he was the type who blamed on difficulties without trying to overcome them , and I hate the type of people who try to find excuse of their failure or difficulties. However, I ended up finding he is not that type of bad defeatist. Instead, he is just the type who wants to share his bad feelings , but at the same time he is willing to try to overcome any stumbling blocks.
I have played this dude unlimited amount of times in SE. He is no doubt a very talented player, he can play like a 2.3k-2.4k player if he want. But he can also play like a 1.9k or even worse when he mess up. But since this guy is the type who does not like competition or compare with others, so he seldom , or even "never" ranks. And his attitude is generally good, almost never rages as well unless he meets some assholes which are well-known. ~ mysterybat

Azxc: 10/10 Very chill, I didnt know him at first but then I started to know him and guess what, we also made some serious future plans, He is a good player and a active person. At first, he was very inactive but then he came somehow and now he is very active as compared to his past, never saw him raging or anything like that and is a person whom you can talk and spend time with. ~ Usman [/spoiler]

Little did I know he would turn out to be the greatest leader of ET's time as a clan. CuriousTurtle: 10/10 . I didn't like him so much in the past due to a some arguements on a single ET member (who is no longer ET member now). Originally i thought he only protected ET members for no reason. But then I gradually figured how how cool he is , he provides training to his members, tried to be active and organized everything for ET and gained respect. And he never raged as well. In addition, I had matches with him in official SE tournament and figured out how good he is . A talent player and responsible leader , no doubt a full mark for him. ~ mysterybat [/spoiler]

bad guy, instead I just took him as a very good player. He started out in FN which I saw he was very active and FN had some name bcz of him but then he needed a good clan to stay with and joined TZ. He was bit of a friendly before but then became alot friendly. Myst u dont need to apologize bcz I think u were never that much rude. Over all, an awesome player, great person to talk to and spend time with. Just one mark loss bcz I think his past was bit of a raging thingy so thats why but still ur great myst. ~ Usman

Well, considering CJ made the game, I have to give him a decent rating.
I give him a 8/10, because he made the game but I don't know him personally.

For Tec, again don't really know him personally. I think he is a good mod though, and used to be a good player (not sure if he still plays.) 8/10.

Don't be afraid. I mean, this is the only thread that you get to openly express anything and everything. Just let it go.
