So Long story short

Ai : 8/10 , know this dude for quite a long time since I first joined TZ. Gave me quite good advices before. Another person whom I respect in this community. 2 Marks deducted due to inactive in SE and TZ.

Hewitt: 6.5/10 . I originally want to give a 5/10. But at least he is better than tecness, and I gave tec 6/10 by mistakes.
This so-called mod, everytime I saw his posts in SE section, I only saw how he nitpicked on others mistakes. But taking a look on himself, he was rude to the general community. And I actually feel he disrespect to people in SE section.
I still remember how he called people here "SE fags" and pissed others off including me for no reason.
Considering that he is a mod but acting impolite and rude to others without getting any punishments or infractions, I only see an "abuse" of power.

If we're speaking relative to Ai's reputation and action on these boards, then Ai definitely deserves a 9. I've only known Ai apparently "after" he was an insufferable dickhead, so I can't claim to have full exposure through his entire development. That being said, while Ai's logic isn't always impeccable, he's still someone who can voice his opinions respectfully and still entertain others. There's a certain ability that I always feel separates the WIP users to the exemplary users, and it's the ability to talk to others properly. Ai has long succeeded in having that ability, and as time goes on he only serves to prove that point even more. Now I seem him taking up a more leadership like position in the SE community, and I'm glad he's one of the more prominent figures in this section.

Didn't write as much as I thought I would, but I don't really have much to say.

As mods, we have to keep in mind quite a few rules and policies, one being that we feel that no member should receive special treatment and every person should be seen equally. As a result, things like jokes often become grey areas when the decision to infract someone comes around. Like I said, even before Hewitt caught a lot of heat for banning DAZ, he still came up to the batcave and specified how to treat such grey areas. And ultimately, this lead to DAZ being unbanned. I understand that it's frustrating when something seems to obviously be a joke, but to some person it may not be, and as moderators we have to treat everyone the same. My point is that the situation is not as black and white as a lot of people seem to make it out to be.

I'm not trying to point fingers, I realize that there's a lot of misunderstanding involved, and I don't necessarily blame anyone for what happened.

And like I said, only DaZ is worth anything right now (Ai you're cool but I dont really see you as an SE guy anymore) because he is the only one who is being mature about it. Moreso, he's the only one who knows the real story whereas everyone else is just basing it on what they can see and what Tecness has done to me in that time. I just wanna add that while I had a process in DaZ' unbanning, Tecness just threw it all out the window and decided to call me out in public. You think I like banning users at will? You think this position is truly abusable for me? Fine, think whatever you want to think. Give me all the low ratings you want. I deserve it. I can see that the rating is just personal because apparently my modding ability is okay but my personality isn't. That's fine. But at the end of the day, when a user is being off-topic or being a dick, or if someone reports an unruly user, I'm there to take out the trash.

What exactly did this thread set out to achieve? It's hardly anything to do with Stick Empires, and what little it does sets apart players in the most absurd fashion. We can also thank this thread for a number of petty quarrels as seen above.

This isn't a response to me being ranked lower, hell I probably deserve much worse. I just don't understand why it's here in the first place.

The thread set out to see what people think in you, which in return, you can improve yourself for the better. And I mean, cmon, who doesn't want to get rated by imaginary numbers on a stick figure animation forum?

Though, I do agree that it has nothing to do with Stick Empires. But seeing as people would've liked to be rated, but they themselves don't go out of this section, can't really be rated by General Section's RtU. As such, I've made this thread to specifically focus on the peeps at this section, and the people who came here from the outside.

And to me, you deserve to be higher, not lower. I personally think that youve done much more than most of us here.

I think WyzDM would have gotten a much higher rating if he was rated after making a comment about what he's been going through instead of after leaving everyone without an explanation.

_Ai_: 10/10 Ok, This guy, is just awesome on the basis on activity, he is I think the most active on the SE community. The person who brought up the SE section of the forums. It was nothing in the starting but now its very good mostly because of him. The famous chat thread is also by him and this thread is also successful so I think the threads he makes are mostly of good choice and useful for the community. Coming on the personality, I never saw him rage, pretty mature, never saw him doing weird things on the IRC nor the forums. I have also seen him when I didnt registered on the SP forums and just took resources for my animations. Played SE far back and played good and was known good for using albows and was just given a name of albow player. One of the people who joined TGC and then when it died made its own clan which didnt seem very strong and died very soon, though to support GAmerXD8 joined him but just after that they both applied to TZ and from that they were accepted. I dont think even one time I saw him taking a long leave or just going away without any notice for a long time. I gave him a 10/10 because he deserved it, he has helped all of us in a way through the work done on the forums. Even when nowerdays the IRC so much dead. I mostly see him on the IRC be online. The mod job that has been given to him is a very good choice in my opinion. He deserves to be a mod after all this work and knows how these forums work and what are the rules. Its just good that we have a mature mod in our Section too. Helped me alot of times in my probs, never had a quarrel with him. One thing that I would like to point out in the personality of _Ai_ that once he gives a dedication to something, he just finishes it and does not leave it without finishing it making him a hard-worker. In the starting when I was new to this community, and I saw _Ai_ on the chat, I thought that he's to weird and talks like he's not a human, like overreacting but then I observed it nicely and noticed that its just good and not that weird, Over time the personality dramatically became good and kept becoming better. he does not start useless threads or starts quarrels in between of two people even. The fact that he is a very old member of this community can be proven that he had the name "Aiman" for a long time and I thought it was a unique name, after a long time, he changed his name and its still here so yeah, very old member. Another thing that I should point out that he does not advertise everything or in other words, he is not selfish. So all in all _Ai_ is a great person with a great sense of humor and with an awesome understanding. I believe that he can do well when being a mod because he knows most of the things of this section. Congratz once again and good luck and also thanks for the community.

Hewitt: 9/10 Good guy, Good mod, I believe he has done most of the work for the SP forums general section. Haters wil hate because people who do wrong things will hate mods, its general knowledge. Never had a problem with him. Has given me infraction but from those infractions I learned alot and if somebody thinks that hes too bad for him than I think its just their misunderstanding. I also remember Mecha-Hewitt, though he has changed alot but still mecha hewitt was not as good as Hewitt. When hewitt for first mecha hewitt and when I saw him, I just took him as the rude person because he really looked rude and I thought if he's the mod in our section then Im gonna get banned for no reason but then when I scrubbed through the threads of diff sections, I got to know that he's the one who has done many things to get the forums up and running. Though he sometimes does soemthing that may look bad to other people but you know, cant the mods crack up jokes? Cant they have fun? If they cant have fun they their would be no life in the forums, so we should not take their msgs as serious things, After all, mods are mods because of their personality, loyalty and their maturity, If you take jokes as serious things then you actually cant be a mod, thats what maturity is. The 1 mark are gone because I dont know why but because the most fortunate reason everybody gave that was the DAZ incident, I cant understand why it was not wrong but still. Without that incident, hes a 10/10. Over all, he's a very nice person, if you would be bad with him, he would do the same with you too, if you react good with him, he will be also your friend, after all, hes also a human. Good job Hewitt, keep ur good work going on just like this!
