Alec answered with a curt bow and a simple sorry for speaking out of line, then he stepped back, once again just gazing and tapping his fingers against his leg, as if solving math problems that were or were not there.
Fox realised that many of the crew members looked up to him, and a wrong word could crush their spirits.
[REASSURING TONE] "Don't worry about it. We'll get you some new toys to play with."
*Cipher lightly taps Captain Fox's shoulder and salutes the moment he turns to look at him*
[Calm]: Sir, I'll go check up on the radar's and report back to you immediately if you're still worried about someone chasing us.
"Yes, Engineer Julian will need all the help he can get. I also need you to make sure our thrusters are up and ready. If we're attacked, we need to move quickly."
Eli turned to Fox "Well shoot, they're just the most trustworthy fellas I know! I mean I haven't met with them in a while" As he turned his attention to Sirveir he stated "But they should just be in a station floatin' around Tulcania. Those Nuts-fer-Brains would give us the worth of a whole gold mine for just half of this junk."
Fox stared at the man. There was something about this moneyhungry troll that he didn't trust. But he was good at his job. Very, very good. Fox wheeled up to him and stared at his face.
[INTIMIDATING TONE] "Eli... you've seen what happens to the people who get on my wrong side. You're not putting us in danger just so you can make a quick buck, are you?"
Fox fixed his gaze on Eli. He wanted to notice the slightest twitch, the smallest flicker of a grimace on Eli's face which would tell him if he was lying or not.
[PERCEPTION CHECK]
