Your shading is all over the place, and somehow managed to make the eyes wholly different sizes. Ear is also misplaced.

I think the ear should be slightly farther in, and the left eye almost the same size as the right, but it looks pretty good.

You can't just go putting colors wherever you feel like in an eye, especially if it doesn't blend with the eye or any of the rest of the drawing

You are right, it doesn't make sense in this instance.

And about the lips, idk man. Mistakes happen. I didn't know what else to do to them, (I suck at guy lips) I didn't wanna leave it blank cause in the anime he has lips. :/
Any tips on lips and color choice would be greatly appreciated. No I don't need a lecture on color, rather how to apply it to a face in a painting software.

Edit: Made a couple changes to him. Didn't mess with the ears or eyes. But I did fix glossy lip thing and the random colors in his eyes.
