Feet are very stiff, they stay locked in a 90 degree position. This isn't the case, they have a great range of movement and are used a lot of shifting weight irl. For example, when walking you put heel first then the rest of the foot follows after.

The arms are too exaggerated for the speed of which he is moving. Don't forget to study references of something you want to animate, after all the aim is imitate life!

Overall your poses seem really week, and definitely something that will improve over time. The jump has a really strong arc (due to bring the legs too high and far back) when it should be quite subtle and just grazing over the top of the object, as it isn't that big of a jump and doesn't take much effort/power. The land also could use some more "easing" and better poses, you could bring the stick down a bit more to show weight and recoil from the jump, it wont be much but more than what you got there.
