Edit: Added voice actor thing on my RHG page, There's no voice actor yet, But if i get my microphone, Then it will be me to voice act as this RHG

Age restrictions. It's the worldwide internet rule, bhoi. No kid below 13 is allowed to be in the internet other than Club Penguin or Y8.com or sites like those.
And no, TJ isn't the one that got banned for being 9, to clear things up. He got banned for being a raging ass.
