Ele really Needs help

That is until urgh blah decided to hop on the shared account and fuck up my 62 win streak.
I watched a recent vid of you vs urghblah on the account iamxsos.
He went deads. And I was like.... I'm done.
Then I think I watched someone go two archers with only two miners. That was obvious that the next move was castle air.
How would u rank my, mystery's and hattori's ele?
Each person would be nice.
(Also would be nice to see more activity from ya.)


First of all, Be honest and Ask your heart, think about how many times you lose to me before you got a win against me . And I once got a 10 win streak against you if you did not forget it.
I saved some replays against top players ,and I know clearly who is better or worse than me.

I was once very impressed after I faced wyzdm . He could still exploit elemental with trees after 6 nerfs of trees(health nerf, spawn time nerf, two upgrades needed, not able to hit air units, and additional cost)
And all other elemental players cannot really do that , I mean , no one can exploit strength of elemental perfectly except wyzdm due to his incredible macro and micro timing.

Also, rank the ele users in this thread is meaningless.
The main focus is the problem brought by ele and facing by ele users.

At some points I agreed with wyzdm on EvO gameplays, I am not saying how op or up is elemental, but I have to say elemental has an advantage against order in a laggy situation.
And especially in short map, fire has more health with burn support, which allows more mistakes than using single archer.
But even though elemental has an advantage against order in short map, there is also an obvious disadvantage for elemental against chaos.

I don't want to repeat my opinions on problem of elemental.

I have once reached around 2500 with elemental, and I had an experience of using elemental for more than 500 matches.
But after all those nerfs for elemental, I found it extremely hard to win against chaos . I even feel tough to win against chaos player like OxManaT or Ihatepoison who are around 1800-1900 level.
I believe my opinion can be used as a reference even though I may not be 100% correct

Evo is all macro though. And you can go ahead and try that sword ar start, just gonna get burned or lighted up.


I fought with rain in OvE as well , and we got a draw even though he used ele. The main point is early micro in short map.

And EvC, yes, micro is important, but macro is way more important for pressure. I figured out that if we cannot block the early wing appear at around 3 minute time, then it is an easy lose for elemental player.
And let alone to say laggy player like marrowkai master who has a satisfactory level with bomber rush in lag.

Yes it did take me a bit of time to find out exactly what my flaws in Evo were.
3 earths has been my best start vs order.
Chaos is tree for me.
I guess it's just different for each of us.
I'm still not exactly sure how to go about mid game vs chaos.
It tends to vary on if I lose a unit or two or a bomb rush actually manages to do something.

My chaos is around 1900 level, my ele is around 2k level. By the way I really learned a lot from your posts and stuff.

Two fires won't be enough, you also should get waters with the healing upgrade.

Archer mass still doesn't counter my strat... They still somehow die quickly
And yes I do get waters

archer mass isnt the wisest.

i'll micro my charrogs. using my airs to take out distant archers.
if i can manage bring along a couple fires.
healing upgrade for waters.
establish center control slowly. ts1.
push archers back by ignoring any melee tanks.
opponent eventually builds a wall. infernoes are made.
2 is optimal.
for me i can keep the archers indoors as long as i want. using waters to heal from damage from CA. eventually take down statue.
trees can be in the mix to make certain u have a bit of time if you fail to use infernoes like a boss.
i research most passive abilities just in case.
even if i dont plan on running trees i still get the upgrades.

These counters would all be viable if you hadn't spent 100 mana and 450*2to3 plus 150 gold (and that's 1 charrog with 1/2 fires, not even much of an army) on your army before hand. Mid game, if you could get there, all those would do. I'm talking about 2 to 3 mins into the game against even just 3to4 archers. On short maps the charrog and fires forces the opponenet to garrison but on long maps your charrog dies or you have to fall back and succeed only in taking loads of damage.

by the time he has archers to cope with my castle air.

On that first one you got a HUGE advantage from your opponent messing up with their archer and they didn't even forward kite to get off decent arrow damage when you retreated with earths, I'm not surprised you managed a win there. That second link is OvO
Your first vastolis frankly only landed due to masteraik not dodging, and the replay is too laggy for me after that.
