I'd have to say Yoshi. His food doesn't even stay in his body its just crapped out as an egg. I think.

We've seen Homer Simpson lose eating contests before. I'm thinking specifically about the one against the trucker but I'm sure there have been more recent ones.
I've never seen the others not hungry, but I don't know them nearly as well.

Kirby can eat any amount of anything and still be able to eat more, while Garfield, Scooby and Shaggy, Homer and Obelix have obviously been shown as having limits to how much they can eat. Yoshi gets very close, but I think he'd eventually get tired of eating and crapping it out all the time. Galactus may be able to eat planets, but Kirby could probably eat more without rest.
I don't know that much about Jughead and Slimer, but from a bit of research it doesn't seem like they could beat Kirby.

That'd probably be Kirby, since he can absorb/eat anything without any consequences.Luffy might put up a fight aswell, because he is a rubber man, he just can't get fat.

Galactus's ability to eat whole planets is enough for him not being able to eat many at a time.

Okay I lied, there's one person who can stand up to Kirby maybe, that's Toriko and Zebra from the manga/anime Toriko. Lol
