Who needs Pacman when you have kirby? Kirby the best, kirby op, kirby wins everything and anything when it comes to eating.

We've seen Homer Simpson lose eating contests before. I'm thinking specifically about the one against the trucker but I'm sure there have been more recent ones.

I've never seen the others not hungry, but I don't know them nearly as well.

Kirby can eat any amount of anything and still be able to eat more, while Garfield, Scooby and Shaggy, Homer and Obelix have obviously been shown as having limits to how much they can eat. Yoshi gets very close, but I think he'd eventually get tired of eating and crapping it out all the time. Galactus may be able to eat planets, but Kirby could probably eat more without rest.

I don't know that much about Jughead and Slimer, but from a bit of research it doesn't seem like they could beat Kirby.
