I worked on this a couple of days ago, trying my hand at 'complex' motions. I liked how it came out, it's just that I aim for something faster when doing proper fight scenes. Ignore the resizing and the wonky head movement (I added the head last), just CnC me for the motions itself. Animated at 30fps because it was x-Rebby's idea.

Revised Practice batch (04), it's the last part of my 30fps run.

Practice Batch (05), where I try 24fps for the first time.

Yes, I am aware that since I constantly double-frame everything, the animations look like it's 15/12 fps instead of 30/24 fps.

At the first frame, the stance looked unnatural or is inappropriate for me. Though it's just my opinion. The leg was just too long. The feet kept resizing, which is hard for you to maintain. Though the movements were just fine. Keep up the good work. :D

Oh I didn't care about the stance, the long-leggedness and the resizing, I just want to get the motions done.

You should care about resizing, a major part of doing correct motions is keeping everything balanced throughout the animation, resizing disrupts the balance

" complex " seems a bit of an over statement. what everyone is saying about the resizing is right but still you did amazing at what you were going for.

I guess it was, I'm kinda queasy on sequencing my moves since I keep botching it at easing (y'know, like most noobs). About the resizing I'll keep a sharper eye on my when making next batch.

Bump, I have uploaded a new Practice Batch. I stitched together small files into one movie, the first one being the newest as I practiced post transition and one-frame easing.

For best analysis, merely import the swf into your flash or decompile it.

Added a couple of new practice batches. They're nothing more than test compilations.
