Quote from CharryA lot of people have attempted to create some sort of series with RHG many times, but they never work.

"INSANITY IS TRYING THE SAME THING AGAIN AND AGAIN AND EXPECTING DIFFERENT RESULTS"(or something like that) you would most likely do better to make a list of OCs and make an anim series yourself and accept animation/idea help as it's offered. It would be a shame for this idea to be wasted so you may wanna try that.

Quote from HewittYour heart is in the right place, kid. Maybe even more than Mikematic. But you can't just join this place, have nothing under your belt, and do this.
Your assumptions are also incorrect. There have actually been tons of RHG Battles since the ones you've seen on youtube, it's just that none of them are particularly that good. Not to mention, the Internet is just another means to promote a niche part of an already niche hobby. This plan of yours is not so bad if the assumption was that everyone are instantPros like terk and geo, but 90% of this community are just kids and noobkids moreso. Your methods should be aimed towards development than promotion if you are serious about this.
TOO MEAN! But true ;s. I mean ye, it's a good idea, but if you actually want good animators with years of experience , voice actors, background drawers, writers for the plot , etc.. You'll need to invest alot of money. Believe me, no good animator from whichever forum he is will animate series and even seasons without getting paid. Think about it, 4minuets of amazing animation (with voice acting, good plot, amazing drawing, smoothnes ..etc.) will take up to 2months if not even more. Ye if you find alot of good animators and voice actors it'll be done for weeks, but I am really sceptical that you'll find good animators, voice actors, writers etc willing to waste so much time on a project that isn't worth it. If you were a popular youtuber with alot of subscribers and willing to pay them, yes. However beeing a 'no one' without any intentions to pay anything.. Well.. we all know how thoes went.

Firstly, you must not know how most internet communities work. I already have all the people you first mentioned excluding the animators who want to help with this project. They're not demanding money. Why would they? They like the idea so they want to be a part of it! Honestly I would love the idea of marketing and selling this show on DVD's if it got popular enough in some years (similar to RvB), but I'm not aiming that high yet. Additionally, if any decent animator (DECENT, I don't mean Hyun or Jomm or Terkoiz, I mean anyone who can animate a decent stickfigure with average smoothness) puts out an idea for a collab on the Stickpage community projects category, everyone is like "OMGYESPLSIWANTTOJOINPLSLETMYANIMATIONBESEEN!!11111!!1!" Honestly I figured people would think it's cool to have their RHG in a story-driven show (especially since people enjoy writing five-thousand-word-long bios about their gladiator.....)
Secondly, please go back to Page 1 and re-read my wall of text. Did you find any typos or grammar errors? (No really, please do, and let me know so I can change them ^.^) Any "so yea i think this would be cool if you want to help thanks bt if not k"? Does everyone honestly think I came up with this on a whim? I'm not 12, and I've organized more than a few multi-person projects before (excluding one on DarkDemon they just weren't animation related usually). I'm not new to this. YES, you want to see some animation proof, YES, I'm not very established (although I kinda used to be on FA), NO, I am not new to animating or Flash or community projects. I've been forming this idea for an extremely long time, and I'm going make it, even if I have to make the entire first season myself before people decide they want to join. I'm not going to pay people to help (YET), I expected people to be interested, but I didn't expect people to want to actually join until I had a promo video or two released (and they are coming along nicely).
(Also, who said I had to have people with years of experience??)
(Also also, I know how long it takes to animate. And I know that the figure you gave me is based off of one person animating. Multiple people makes an enormous difference.)
(Also also also, why do you assumed that people have to animate 4 minutes at a time? Maybe I'll only need 50 seconds every other three episodes.)

I'll advice you to once again read what Hewitt said. I didn't say it's wrong. I just said that you won't find decent animators *which you don't have*. Believe me, you will hardly have any viewers in YT if it's only 'stick battleing' without promoting in forums that is. You'll need decent voice actors, animators, drawers, writers etc . This is my opinion, but I think that this decent team you are searching for will not waste so much time animating without any profit. It's just too hard to make an audiance with stick animating. You'll need to have proffesional/really experience team with work of amazing quality to make a success.
Then again it doesn't hurt trying. It's good that you have set your heart and have the determination to do it. Just be prepared for the worst.

This doesn't mean they will actually make a part or entry for the collab.
Throughout all the collabs I did, maybe only half of the people who signed up actually makes a part.
And you're pertaining to those beginners, a lot of beginners would join a collab as they finish their animations fast since the quality is low.
Resulting to make the quality of the collab unless you don't put those kind of parts.
Here's my current collab: http://forums.stickpage.com/showthread.php?85925-Strongest-Stick-Collab
Those names that are bold are the ones that already did a part. Just a proof of what I said.

I didn't get the point of that either. I just re-read it and I think I get it now but if I do it's just barely.
