Yeah well I have too hard a time trusting people with my deep thoughts and feelings and wouldn't be able to speak what needs to be spoken for a therapist to help because I just couldn't trust someone who feels fake. Therapists feel fake to me.
The feeling of bottling up is definitely catching up with me lol. My physical health kinda deteriorating because of it. Or Maybe I have too much gamer salt in my food?
