While I'm not personally a fan of Undertale, I own and have beaten it. It's a pretty decent game in my opinion, and has some interesting aspects to it, the main selling point being that "the game remembers what you do" (which is actually not as impressive as it sounds since I work with Ren'Py and there is such a feature in the programming language for it). So yeah, I would say that if it sparks your interest, you should give it a play, especially since it isn't overly expensive.

....Are you complaining about buying a scribblenauts game? 'Cause those are awesome. SOme of my favorite videogame memories come from scribblenauts unmasked.

You poor soul. And to answer, they can be online, they just can't post. At least, that's how I think it goes. I've never actually been banned.

I was banned for a day once. You just see a message telling you t=you have been banned and a timer for how one it should last. You can't see the forums if you are logged in.

So maybe they just awkwardly stare at the timer?
