woke up with an intense pain on my sholder, shit sucks, didnt think of taking any pain relievers till i was already at school, shit all day. Finally got home and took some excedrine. worked for an hour, now the pains coming back.

gonna soak it in hawt waters, and then ice it up.

I get shoulder pains all the time from swimming fly.

Seeming as we're on the hurting ourselves topic, I was pulling an extension cord out fo the ground to weed-wack, and the cord flies out of the ground being unplugged, and smacks me in the top of the head. Comical, but amazingly painful.
