have you listened to Shabazz Palaces? Black Up turned out to be one of my favorite hip-hop albums ever.

I don't care if you just want to talk about music, you have to learn to not be a douchebag when you're talking to others. It's cool you like hearing about what music people like, but you have to realize you're not always going to be with other people who are like minded. Seriously keep that in mind, because I hate talking with people who do the kind of shit you just did, because in the end all it does is belittle the person you're talking to like you're trying to prove they have no idea what they're talking about. If I someone asked me what programming language I prefer, and I casually said "Eh they're all the same," and that person started showing me extreme examples of differences in syntax trying to get me to tell him which I preferred, I would walk away. Even if you didn't intend it to, it really does come off as being snobby.

The extreme examples I posted still incited reactions I wanted to see, though. The point of me posting was that I thought everything about it was interesting and enjoyable, or else I wouldn't have bothered at all. Even with the condescending sarcasm I put in, I guess I just do that for a lot of things on the internet because it's the internet. If I could do something like this irl I'd just be like "haha okay dude do you like THIS electronic music then? LOL. this shit's cray bro." "omg wtf is this, hahaha this isn't even music!" "dude there's tons of genres as weird as this, you don't even know." - probably wouldn't have made as good of a point though

No, but you'd probably do that with friends right? I don't know, it's just a little bit frustrating to read especially because I doubt you're like best chums with camila, and I know if I were in her shoes I'd probably be wondering how talking about liking music turned into what seemed like a mockery. Whatevs doesn't matter.

I liked pokemon, if that counts. Same kind of shallow crappy plot. And Digimon, though that wasn't really about battles. I also like Yu-Gi-Oh for a while. I mostly liked them because I was little and wanted something I didn't need to think about when I watched car22ns
