I remember it to. I always thought it was neat. As far as I'm concerned though that isn't how the world is considering the view outside of my window looks nothing like any of those pictures lol.

Yeah I really just did it for some visual appreciation. There were some pictures on there though that were full on legit.

That's just fu- I don't eve- Fuck. I felt so bad for some people in the class, who I know can't do realistic at all. I can do realistic alright, since I'v always tried to be a bit flexible, though, and it's a good to know how to do it, but that's just too cruel and strict.

That pretty much flies in front of everything art stands for, and it pisses me off just reading this.
Art is an expression of oneself, and can be expressed in any form or fashion the artists prefers; Yes I can understand if all you submit is half par anime all the time it can get annoying, but being off the bat closed minded about it defeats the entire purpose of creating what they think is "art".
My art instuctor encourages our own style of work actually, allowing our creativity to expand; which is weird because I only attend a community school art department.
