is there a medical condition that makes you excessively tired, gives you irregular sleep patterns (and in some cases irregular biological rhythms), makes you emotionally drained and disinterested a lot, and gives you migraines?

Possibly narcolepsy. I have a mild case, and let me say, it's annoying as hell to deal with.

nah, we did a lot of study on narcolespy and sleep disorders in psychology and i don't fit the criteria (lack of sleep paralysis, cataplexy, spontaneous sleep, hypno/hypogogic hallucinations to name a few) listed by the DSM. narcolespy is a bit too severe. i don't know what it is. it's like extreme lethargy that i can't talk myself out of even with uptakes.

Watching that show caused it for me. How could there exist grown men who enjoy this dumb little girls' show?

don't try to find a name and drugs to fix your symptoms, just cut the problem at the root. i had similar symptoms, so to me this screams "lack of regular exposure to sunlight combined with lack of frequent physical activity".

you're probably vitamin D deficient, which causes emotional drain and disinterest; lack of melatonin causes a poor sleep/wake cycle and also contributes to the former. physical exercise will speed up the metabolism, and help with your sleep/wake cycle also, and make you more energetic and cheerful. the change won't be immediate and the hardest part will be motivating yourself to actually go out during the day and exercise (outdoors, ideally. go for runs, do some pushups or whatever). however, after a while you'll feel more happy and energetic and your sleep cycle will start regulating itself.

from a chinese medicine perspective, you'll be balancing too much yin (cold, inactivity, stillness) by incorporating a bunch more yang (energy, warmth, action) into your lifestyle. you may also help with this by eating hot foods, and spicy foods. avoiding extreme yin substances (such as everything i love: caffeine, alcohol, tobacco, weed, psychedelics) will help also, but these don't necessarily need to be dropped entirely.

[edit]
whoops, not melatonin exactly. something else i can't remember the name of. just look at this:

Anyone can have an opinion, it's just that some people have trouble sharing it with others non-agressively.
We could go into the whole "definition of the sex" with this being a perfectly unnecessary segway.
But that's just me.

Jesus christ I have no motivation. I put off my homework again until 4am, and I have an interview at 9am.
But you would not believe how many cutesy lesbian furry videos there are on youtube that are more entertaining than doing paperwork.

Just played Harvest Moon in the PC (as a nostalgia)
Feeling gay playing that game again.
I just hope I can resist touching it.
