Quote from zawmbeeis there a medical condition that makes you excessively tired, gives you irregular sleep patterns (and in some cases irregular biological rhythms), makes you emotionally drained and disinterested a lot, and gives you migraines?

Quote from Shaq-of-All-TradesPossibly narcolepsy. I have a mild case, and let me say, it's annoying as hell to deal with.
Quote from YunDepression. Trust me, I had the exact same symptoms.
Quote from Leokilldid watching mlp cure it? ;) ;) ;)
Quote from ShadowsofYesterdayWatching that show caused it for me. How could there exist grown men who enjoy this dumb little girls' show?

Quote from Scarecrowdon't try to find a name and drugs to fix your symptoms, just cut the problem at the root. i had similar symptoms, so to me this screams "lack of regular exposure to sunlight combined with lack of frequent physical activity".
you're probably vitamin D deficient, which causes emotional drain and disinterest; lack of melatonin causes a poor sleep/wake cycle and also contributes to the former. physical exercise will speed up the metabolism, and help with your sleep/wake cycle also, and make you more energetic and cheerful. the change won't be immediate and the hardest part will be motivating yourself to actually go out during the day and exercise (outdoors, ideally. go for runs, do some pushups or whatever). however, after a while you'll feel more happy and energetic and your sleep cycle will start regulating itself.
from a chinese medicine perspective, you'll be balancing too much yin (cold, inactivity, stillness) by incorporating a bunch more yang (energy, warmth, action) into your lifestyle. you may also help with this by eating hot foods, and spicy foods. avoiding extreme yin substances (such as everything i love: caffeine, alcohol, tobacco, weed, psychedelics) will help also, but these don't necessarily need to be dropped entirely.
