So, I learned not too long ago that I'm working the Panthers game this weekend. I'm told I'll be splitting work between working a stand and running things for the teams. This is fun, especially since it's a long shift and I earn more money. What's not fun is that I have to work it at a reduced pay. What is a bit better though, is that I get to keep tips.

That's kind of what it's like with what I'm doing. Sometimes I do stuff, sometimes I don't. Some days I work like 16 hours, some days I sleep and play clash of clans all day. But every two weeks I'm rewarded with like $1200 lol.

And now I'm sad because I'm just a temp.

While I'm not in financial ruin or suffering hugely, I still kinda wish I had a steady paycheck.

Yo, Jutsu, got any stretching exercises to help straighten the upper back? Lately I've been noticing that I hunch my shoulders to the front a little bit too much, especially after my back workouts. For the past few days I've been trying my best to adjust my posture but sometimes it just slips my mind and I don't. So I figured some exercises would come in handy

Oh yeah I have the same problem being such a nerd and all.
Bridges, bridges will strengthen your spine like crazy.

But if you want your posture to fix itself you're going to need to spend more time sitting up straight, just make sure your butt is beneath your hips when you're sitting.

And like exilement said, yoga routines will work wonders.

Spicy Maple Chicken en Papillote, served with Garlic and Provolone Baked Asparagus, and Fried Potatoes w/Poblano Peppers.

Cooking is fun.

Those potatoes look fucking godly.

Right now I'm cooking leftover roast potatoes with left over brussel sprouts and rice.
We don't got a lot of food right now, but I'm making it happen.

Then potatoes were pretty awesome, but damn was the chicken good. I need to cook it a little less, to retain more moisture, but everything was nice. And we're learning ways to make vegetables taste even better with some spices and cooking techniques, so as to have a better budget. This is what I'll be cooking for my final next week.

Speaking about posture mine is horrid and it doesn't help that I think I fucked up my back from how I sleep cause I just found out today that if I keep my left foot straight and keep my leg unbent and try lifting it past 50 degrees (0 degree would be the floor) I feel this pain in my back and it seems like now I need to crack my back but can't get the right spot to crack it... Although I'm hindsight it's been how I sleep both at night and if I nap on my desk and how I sit too... I just can't sit up straight or sit normally at all

I've been hitting the gym for about 16 weeks straight now and I've noticed my posture slowly becoming broader. Shoulders are no longer slouching, back is no longer hunching, and my chest naturally presses out now. Gotta just keep at it.

Good work man, keep at it.

I've been working out constantly since I moved to Colorado. I'm starting to notice big differences.
