what he described clearly isn't strength training so there's a fairly decent chance that your goals aren't the same as his. that doesn't mean his routine is awful.

No I'm not trying to build muscle... I'm trying to do endurance training... I'm trying work my heart and muscles to be able to jog greater distances... Anyone know how to work my lungs?

Edit: I should mention that I'm working on my heart cause after I became anemic (lost alot of blood a year ago and still haven't recovered the lost blood... I recovered enough to be borderline but anytime I lose a bit of blood ≈5-8 liquid ounces in back in the anemic zone) I haven't been able to run as far and it feels like I run out of breath to easily... I felt like it would be easier to explain why I'm doing this routine

I somehow managed to push a 7-minute mile today.

How.

I'm a sprinter, anything over a hundred kills me.

If your car is over heating turn your heater all the up and try and maintain a speed over 30mph and you should be fine

Heh. It pulled that shit when I wasn't even moving on break with the heat, and without I don't even think I got to break 30

And it's rush hour. And cold. I just have to figure out where I need to get it towed

And going faster would make it cook faster, I've got 25 miles ahead of me left

Actually you run the engine hotter but when going over 30 you actually cool the car more than you're heating it... Trust me I had that problem before... The fan in my car wasn't working for a month because I didn't feel like working on it but it was only a fuse that blew... But the air flow is not enough to cool the car until you are at roughly 25 to 30 mph depending on the cars front design... Once you are over 30 you should be golden the rest of the drive

re: lungs: these are the lung strengthening exercises i was given after i was hospitalized with hypoxia
- get a tube and stick it in a jug of water. inhale as deeply as you can, then blow bubbles through the tube. 5 reps, 3 sets, don't hyperventilate
- get a short fat tube and hold it in your mouth with your teeth. inhale as deeply as you can, then exhale hard and fast. 5 reps, 3 sets, don't hyperventilate

re: blood:
the general principle here is to maximize your body's ability to gather nutrition required to produce blood, by
a) providing the necessary nutrition to produce blood
consume more
- beetroot
- red meat
- blood sausage/black pudding

b) maximizing your body's ability to digest said nutrition (by making your digestive system's job easier/strengthening your digestive system)
consume more
- root vegetables, esp. sweet potato
- nourishing stews and soups, bone/marrow broths
- ginger
- easy to digest warm foods
- tea
consume less
- food at cold temperatures. do not eat anything straight out of the fridge, let it sit until room temperature at least. avoid shit like ice cream at all costs
- cold drinks. prioritize tea instead
- fatty/greasy/oily foods
- really sugary shit. savory snacks are superior anyway.
also, take care to chew your food long and properly. it should be a disgusting mush before you swallow it. the stomach has no teeth.

I don't lift often, all calisthenics and practicing martial arts.

But you can get all poofy if you like, that's cool.

I don't see anything wrong with joggers.
