Ok ill call it quits and stop posting for the night, let it go and try to contribute more, sound good cookie?

I'm actually seriously going to start handing you two minor spam infractions if you don't lighten up. Members and Mods alike have been telling you to straighten up your posting, and ignoring them isn't exactly the most beneficial thing to do in order to have a long account life on this site.

Quote from Nochokillathe thread wants post that contribute to the underline conversation and adds another (or point of veiw) point to the topic
That's not too far off. Don't be afraid to start your own conversations too. We're really open to talking about whatever's on your mind or etc. Meaningful posts aren't hard to do and it's not like we're expecting you to write 3 page essays with thesis statements and with three rough drafts. Just talk to us like you'd talk to your friends in real life.
Quote from GlongDongI seriously want to slap you right now.
What, why lmao
Quote from Captain CookBan the motherfuckers, mods. What the fucking shit? Ban these fuckboys and call it a night
Like, why lock a perfectly good thread because of 4 cancerous members? No, ban them for like, three days, so that when cunts start asking why their names are red, you tell them "They shitposted, were warned, and didn't learn, and the next time they're cancer they'll be gone forever"
I think you're skipping the stage where they're given chances to improve first. It looks like they're both trying and at least seeing that what they were doing is wrong and they have to change. It's like trying to harvest your plants a few seconds after you put their seeds into the ground.

Quote from GlongDongNocho, dont actually think you're doing any better off than I am right now, you were the person Drone was quoting up there if you haven't realized already.
StickPage's Visitor Messages or Internet Relay Chat would be a better place for you two. It's funner to get and enjoy your own convos without being shouted by all these people who prefer to keep this Chat Thread as the normal way, really. I've proved it myself.

It seemed like he was asking for confirmation on how things are done here, and he was mostly right. It's good that he said it himself, because that means he knows what we'd like to see rather than the minor spam that was going on before.
Though like I said, talking about things that interest you and stuff that you want to talk about are great too, and we're all for it.

Read this fucking thread, and you'll see that TWICE I've fucking poured myself out to Glongdong and Alpha and tried to tell them why it was important, why this thread means something to me, and why their behavior is wrong, and they ignored that shit.
Crucify the fuckers. They're 23 posts deep. Make an example of them. When they're banned they can still read the threads and lurk, something they need to be doing more of, anyways.

Cook as a mod would be the most hilarious shit

So I posted this not too long ago (technically two days ago?), and it went kinda ignored. Any thoughts on it? To note, my second day of work went pretty well, and my supervisor that night was totally great and corrected my hours (mostly) for the previous night.

I'm pretty sure everyone reads these things you post, but honestly there isn't much to say in response to them
I'm sorry? It seems like a pretty shitty set up, but like, what's to be done about it?

Well, it's hard to tell if anybody actually reads them. But yeah, I'm starting to really hate my temp agency and might break off connections with them soon. I've got no real say in anything and no power of negotiation or anything. All I can do is accept or decline jobs they offer me and hope they give me enough information to do them. Then I'm stuck in the hands of an employer who doesn't really care about anything but getting through the day to the point they may not even bother training me.
Which makes me look bad when I can't do the job proper.

The first can easily be solved by clicking the previous page button.
I run into the second problem a lot, but I solve it by just lurking around and waiting for a new topic to begin.

So where do you plan to go from there if/when you break off from this work right now? I'm assuming you're supporting yourself financially, for the most part anyway, in terms of food at least, so what do you plan to do in the period of time when you won't have any income
