Assuming that you drew your avatar, you should wait a few years.
Lmao. I like TdGuy though. I think he has the potential to be Lami-like. He seems like a good sport and he is always up for new conversation.
I can't take all of the credit for this one, Nish. You are the most interesting user on StickPage. At least I've always found you to be a very interesting character.
I'm feeling somewhere between

But thank you if you are serious. You're fucking awesome too and I wuv you.
I would like to be able to have the ability to just commit to something and stay with it, but something that I've learned from animating is that I'm bad with sticking to a plan. Like I'll come up with a cool idea of something to animate, and then the idea ends up growing and becoming too complicated for my skills to be able to properly convey, so I would end up losing hella motivation. I guess it'd be easier to say that I tend to fall into the instant gratification aspect of being a millennial in that I don't want to have to spend too long on something or having to redo the same thing over and over again to achieve satisfactory results.
I find that it helps if you just do ONE thing. ONE animation, ONE drawing, anything. From start to finish, then you'll get the motivation to keep doing it. I had the same problem with working out. I decided I was just going to go for ONE class of martial arts and if I couldn't find motivation, I'd stop. One class turned to two classes and now I'm rapidly losing weight and doing two different martial arts.
Instead of aiming above your skills, try to come up with a cool idea that CAN be conveyed through your skill. You're actually smart enough to figure that out so you don't have the same excuse that a lot of other people have.
I think because I want to do it as a hobby, not as a career, I'll feel better sticking with it. After all, I'm not looking to give up culinary quite yet, but neither will I do that exclusively all my life. I have things I like to do, and I plan to do them. If I can make something from them on the side, then good for me.
Yeah I think people should stop thinking about what they're going to do once its done, and focus more on actually finishing it first. Thats where I always used to get stuck. I'd made something and then think "yeah this isn't going to do me any good once I finish it" and I'd quit.
