South Park is also very consistent, so once you get past the vulgarity, its really easy to pick up.

They have plenty of bad episodes though, and once you start to see the formula, a lot of their episodes become more boring to watch than usual.

I keep telling myself I'd give South Park a chance as soon as my love for the Simpsons dies when they jump the shark. That hasn't happened yet. The show continues to entertain even when the episodes are crap.

I kinda liked the South Park episode where Jesus fights Satan. *Although I may get smote for that.*
