However, not only is he a kid in all his videos; he also says that he is an animator, artist, and visual effects guy. (too good to be true)

Actually upon further detective work, I can not only verify beyond a shadow of a doubt that XJCLW is the same kid from the videos, but that XJCLW is not his first account here. You probably know him as The_Stick.

So either The_Stick is XJCLW's son or they're the same person. Should be noted that XJCLW's introduction claimed that the_stick brought him here, and his referrer is set to "the_stick", so there's a known association.

That would make sense. The_Stick came here to make that horrid FPS Stick Person Game then went all emo about it when his shit was called out. He never responded to Pepper's cnc and just went off the grid. He was butthurt ever since.

@XJCLW, Jeff lives in Canada as well. If you want to give him the ultimate proof then go ahead and just set a time and place to meet him IRL. Other than that, you're screwed. Actually, you're screwed either way for multi-ing at this point.

What are you getting at? This isn't a competition, I'm not out to "win" anything. It's a matter of enforcing rules at this point and eliciting an apology from someone who needs to grow up or get out.

Forcing him to publicly apologize via humiliation is no way to enforce the rules whatsoever. At this point you're just bashing a 12 year old kid.
An infraction would be the way to proceed, taking this into private messaging to further discuss if he is the same person as "The_Stick".

The level you have taken this too is kinda crazy. It's funny as hell and completely justifiable, but your dedication to prove your point is admirable.

I get your point Hidro, but right now he's also in the spotlight about multi accounting, which is a no bueno. If he is a twelve year old kid it would actually be better for him for something like this to happen in my opinion. This is how you get spontaneous liars who think its fun to pretend to be different people because they fling too deeply about what we think of them. It would give Jeff the satisfaction of a deserved apology as well as giving that other guy with a bunch of letters the bittersweet moment of admitting his mistakes and taking the first step in growing up.

You're jumping to extreme conclusions, and I really don't appreciate the villainization. I'm not forcing him to apologize publicly, I never said I was. I stated that I wanted an apology to avoid punishment, the nature of it was never specified. YOU'RE the one making that assumption. In fact, I'm for some reason feeling the need to defend my actions, and that's all I was doing. I wasn't making threats or going crazy, I'm defending my stance. Not only that, but at this point he should be banned and I'm giving him the opportunity to come clean or explain himself to avoid that. You're somehow corrupting that opportunity into a punishment and then acting like it's abuse. That's ridiculous. Also, I'll thank you not to stick your nose into my business with your "expertise" considering you're an ex-mod for a reason.

This is funny because you're acting like I've gone to some kind of extreme when I've only followed my standard procedure for finding the truth of a situation. Cursory googling and drawing conclusions isn't really "crazy", but then again maybe that's why most of this community is happy sitting in ignorance rather than applying critical thinking skills. :\ I've been around long enough to have a disdain for liars, and people who try to game the system. As an actual programmer and part-time animator, people who act pretentious about their abilities such as XJCLW bother me, and I'm allowed to act on it. If he's going to publicly continue to lie to everyone, I'm going to publicly continue to expose it. I don't appreciate people acting like I'm a bad guy when my actions are specifically towards trying to make this community better by eliminating the kind of cancer that's killing it.
