View Profile We want to keep that rule strict. Because if 151 is fine, then people will bitch about 160 and then it'll just defeat the whole purpose of having that rule. Then people will ignore it and create massive images, which'll just cause more and more problems as it goes.
One pixel =/= ten pixels
people who bitch about 160 because 151 is fine are idiots. And I'm pretty sure the guy knew the rule and was trying to follow it, but messed up somewhere and fell one pixel short. An honest mistake. If it's 160 then it'd be obvious that they didn't know/ignored the rule, so then it would be reasonable to lock it.
But whatever, I'm not a mod so I don't know what secret policies you guys need to follow.
I only posted two or three times on FA, and all those posts were in the CBC3 thread, lol. I had a massively popular thread when I first got here.
So my memory got messed up. Heh.

Well, some people out there will use it as an excuse to avoid making an effort to fix their mistakes (and it happens), since if the image is uploaded incorrectly but right size I let people fix it, and then it's "Oh, so when so-and-do happens it's fine but not for me, ooh you're biased aren't you?", and then if we let people with that, the rules can be constantly excused since everyone else could get away with not getting a certain thing right, since I get enough whining about it being unfair when someone can't be bothered to learn from their mistakes. So we keep up that strict 150x150 only sort of rule.

Heh, happens.

View Profile Give them an inch and they'll take a mile. Then there's that "For Want of a Nail" proverb. They're old sayings for a reason. Happens every time.

View Profile If you're not mature or smart enough to figure out how to export an image, you probably aren't going to have a very successful RHG and it will more than likely end up like this guy's:

That's enough reason for me not to keep up at debating why 1 pixel should be considered.

View Profile I literally don't know what an RHG is and for some reason I feel pretty pleased about it. At first I thought someone just misspelled RPG or something like that.

View Profile About two years ago, Stone decided to merge FA with SPP. FA is no more, or rather, this is both FA and SPP. I guess the reasoning behind this was to allow FA animators to harness the popularity of the Stickpage domain.
Right before the merge, SPP consisted of about 5-8 active members. In that time period we were hacked and the forum was briefly unusable. Immediately after the forum was recovered, the merge happened.
Wow, it's already been about 1.8 years.

View Profile Friendship, not romance in particular.
Yeah, friendly fire
I was supposed to sign up for FA one time, and I was confused why didnt the registration thing accept my ms paint demo.
Anyways, who reads House of Hades here hm? If you read it, how was it?
I read it. It's pretty cool except I will throttle Rick Riordan for screwing up Nico.
Nish, RHG means Rock Hard Gladiator and it's an ongoing animation 'competition' where you make an Rhg character and challenge/are challenged to a battle. In the battle both animators animate their characters raping each other and then they upload it so that the community votes on the best anim. The FA guys brought it over.
