What part of your legs are hurting? If you're not stretching already you should probably get on that, it really does help a lot. If you don't think you can keep up running try walking but for a longer duration (still with stretching), or try swimming if you have access to a pool or a body of water, it will reduce a lot of the strain on your joints though you still might be sore due to working out certain less used muscle groups...

just some soreness I guess on the thighs and the legs. I mean, it doesn't hurt that badly, but it just feels like my entire lower limbs are too heavy for me to comfortably jog. I followed a jogging routine that says I should walk for 2 mins first, then run for 1 min. Cycle that 10 times. Which means I did it 30 mins total, 10 minutes of it was jogging and 20 minutes of it was walking.

I think I'll do it again tomorrow. The routine says I should do 2 mins running then 1 minute walking on the second day, but I don't think I'm ready for that yet. I'll take it slow until I think I can follow the routine faithfully.

There's no swimming pool where I am, so swimming is not really an option. I hear it's better than jogging because it exercises the entire body.

Presumably it's because he's a Muslim.

Anybody else immediately go to a thread if they see that Zed, Hewitt, or Jeff last posted in it? Hmm, speaking of Hewitt I should scope out the writer's lounge and see what's new. Possibly post my most developed character for critique.

You could substitute swimming with dancing, as it also exercises your entire body.

There's a rule in Islam that stops it's followers from eating bacon. Or anything made out of pigs, for that matter.

Bacon is insanely overrated. It's good, but it doesn't taste that good. Like when it's not burnt to crisp, it just tastes like pure fat.
Small bacon strips though are good on salad and pasta.
