Yeah pretty much, been bulking for the past 8 or 9 months with 3kcals/day, reached all my current goals- gained ~15kg's without adding too much bf%. Now it's time to jump down to ~1.7k cals/day and get that chizzling summer bod

I plan to maintain my current weight while living off primarily Mcdonalds and Taco Bell.
