Man, that guy talks so slowly. It was a pain to try and get through that. But anyways here's the impression I got from that video:
That guy doesn't back up anything he says. There's no sources anywhere, and the only proof he has is literally "It's true because I said so." It seems like he's just listing off conspiracy theories rather than explaining how they're actually true.
Also, I'm pretty sure that ice doesn't work as a bullet. There are a lot of reasons why, and I think that mythbusters tackled it on two separate occasions: www.mythbustersresults.com/episode1 and www.mythbustersresults.com/episode14

If you follow Nish's journal post days ago here then you'll get the idea. The thing is - from my perspective towards his post - Nish is currently going back to his hometown at Sri Lanka to visit his grandparents.

I never knew Yugioh had lore (besides the anime) but this just blew my mind like a high class ho.
