I don't remember because it was such a long time ago. They probably removed the close-up scene of her knockers, and pixellated the rest. So I must have assumed it was a regular topless woman and not known she had 3 boobs.

But cutting down on nudity is quite common in Indian television. It is pretty much what they do all over the world in Flights. All movies have family-friendly in-flight versions too that get played in countries with stricter laws about nudity in film.

No, Drone... I saw it on Television. In the 90s. I said I was 12 when I watched it. If I was 12 in 1990 when it came out on theatres, I would be 36 now.

I don't think I had seen a full frontal nude scene on TV when I was growing up. But it would be uncensored in VHS and DVDs of some movies, so I never had these queries keeping me up at night.
