no lol that's one workout per day.

Chest Day
Back Day
Leg Day
Arms Day

Repeat

A lot of these workouts aren't as complex as they sound, it's just the nomenclature

I started lifting in the Marines, yeah. You definitely need a buddy who's experienced teach you the way to do things. I can rep 135 bench easily, and my max is about 225-245, but I'd never max out on my own.

235, jeez that's insane haha, I've tried benching once and I could barely move my arms afterwards. Don't think I'm quite ready for weights yet though, for now my current routine is serving me well.

You can't bench any weights? Are you made out of gluten free muffins?

start with just benching the bar itself, which should weigh 45 pounds. Then work up to adding tens on it and so forth

You don't have to start with full plates

Obviously that's not what I was saying, I just don't think I want to start weights until I reach my current workout goal.

Yeah, that's what my friends say as well. I haven't benched in a while (when I did it was a one time thing) but I think my record was like 120 or something. Keep in mind I'm not done growing yet either

That is a good point, I'm no expert so you should check with a professoinal (the internet) on whether or not it's a good idea to lift at your age.

Yeah, that's pretty much the reason I'm hesitant on using weights, don't want to stunt my growth or anything.

However, I'd avoid weight lifting, but do plenty of bodyweight shit, which it already seems like you're doing

Aw man. I miss lifting my dumbbells.

I stopped because I have Hemorrhoids(Screw you genetics) which came from my dad's side of the family. I did some research and I should avoid lifting heavy weights as much as possible so I dropped my dumbbells and just focused on cardio(And a bit of power/strength training).

That's the sort of comment that makes people afraid to talk about these sorts of things.

So tell us Drone, how much can you lift?

Would lifting chairs and tables count? Part of daily classroom cleanups, only exercise aside from PE and daily jogging since entering third year high?

So I've started working out as well a month ago, and I'm seeing quick changes. I'm a teen, so I don't really work out as much as Cook does, but I'm scheduled as well.

From 55kg to 47kg. I think I've done well. -ish. And my abdominal muscles are appearing. I don't want to get too buff though, so any tips on maintaining a fit body(with muscles) WITHOUT getting buff?
