Funny you say that. All the US Korean restaurants I've been to usually have a lot of Mexicans as part of the staff. When I asked one of the waiters one time why this was the case, they told me that frequently the owners' policy was to hire either Koreans or Mexicans. Koreans because they are Korean restaurants, and Mexicans because they work harder than white people lol
