Why? What's so great about theatres?
You're paying an arse load of money to see a movie once, in a darkened room with poor hygene, surrounded by noises pricks, fat fucks with elbows the size of doors, and can only eat mediocre over priced snacking junk food.

I have to second Exile.

I have two local theatres:

1)
The Imax at the Smithsonian Udvar-Hazey Air and Space Museum. It's one of the largest screens on the US east coast (or the largest), 3D capability (Watched the new Star Wars and the movie In the Heart of the Sea...), and just got a brand new Sound Immersion system in there.

I don't exactly have recliners, but the seats are plush with nice headrests and spacious armrests, and because it is in a division of the National Museum, cleanliness and order is perfect. The food there is also decently priced, all told, and rather nice quality (they support local wineries and breweries too), but they don't mind you bringing small things of food in there either...so I always take a thermos of whatever I want and a couple bags of snacks (actually, I even ate a Moe's Burrito and Chips there once...).

2)

The Family Drive In is pretty close to where I live, and is a fully digital old-fashioned drive in. They have two screens, and each show double pictures (even on blockbuster films like Jurrasic World and Furious 7, which were played back to back on the main screen). They actually have a whole little "diner" in the center of the arrangement, offering great food at really great prices (honestly, they have the best hot-dogs in the area -- xtra-large angus beef hotdogs are their standard). Whats even better is that you get two features, the comfort of your own car, sound from either the window-hangar-speakers or your own car radio -- all for 8 bucks. They also show literally ALL of the movies you would see in a normal theater, on the same time schedule.

EDIT: I live in Northern Virginia, just an hour west (and a bit south) of D.C. :)

yh, i meant dvds that one would watch a movie on
yes i download pc games, i don't buy those ones

and that video is stupid, that guy's an A-hole. obviously he doesn't see the benefits of theaters, he is just referring to the problems, the same problems you have in your own home.
waiting in line is much better than waiting month for a dvd or weeks for a good quality release, there is also noise in you house, animals outside and disturbing family/neighbors. wait...is he seriously complaining about the pop corn, bruh, you eat junk food in you room all the time, that produces much more fat and Mal-nurishment than corn, also the cinema isn't expensive, he's just cheap and anti social. not every time you go to the theater there is going to be a baby crying. that hardly ever happened in the 200 times i've been to a theater. and if you are complaining about the seats and the floor then get there early to pic a seat all the way in the back so no one can see that your a grumpy teenager who hates noise, pffft like his bed room floor gets sweep everyday
anyway, the theatre is dark, has air condition n max cool sfx, 3D, big arss mofo tv screen, also... its a nice place to bring a girl or hang out with old buddies, or even meet girls, just offer to pay for their ticket or let them get infront of you in the line (trust me, this always works)

Fun fact: some people haven't seen Deadpool yet. Don't spoil it for them.

Seeing all these rp's around is making me want to make my own... XD
If it were set in the world of One-Punch Man, do you guys think that would make a good premise?
