Yeah, all the time. I also find myself feeling like i've seen a movie before even though it just came out.

Perhaps that may have to do with cliche nature of some movies. Maybe.
I posted because I was watching Homestuck and then there were some clay figurines that have the exact shape of the clay figurines I made when I was a kid. Weird...

I'm guessing you're watching people read it on YouTube then, possibly in headcanon voices.

Actually no. I watched the COLABHQ let's reads until they stopped. Then I read it from the mspa site. I guess the right word here could be read but the part I was decribing was a video. Or a GIF at least.

Honestly, Homestuck is like an ideal story for me. Plenty of characters, convoluted plot, twists, time shenanigans, meta-humour. Excluding ACT 5 ACT 1, which was kind of a bore to me, with nothing really funny, the rest of it has a pretty stable kind of humour. It has it serious moments sure, but it didn't get more hardboiled as the story evolved, which is a plus.

Something funny is, there're several retcons that have occurred that later readers wouldn't know existed because they didn't until said event occurred. Which is hilarious. Also, the plot really is convoluted as hell, but strangely, it manages to remain rather consistent if you follow all the way through. Even the ending, which is somewhat debateable, matches the overall arcing plot of Homestuck, which I do believe can be summarized as:

Shenanigans.

Azure, would you mind mentioning said retcons? I got into Homestuck about 4 months before the collide update.
One such retcon I foun
d out about was trickster Jane changing how she felt "Caucasian" to "peachy" because some people took that as saying that she was Caucasian, and the fandom didn't like that.

Well, a few off the top of my head are:

-Appearance of random arms in panels
-Appearance of random oil stains in panels
-Appearance of strange moves that relate to the "Mind" aspect

These are the three most recent at least, and I don't believe there were any after it. That said, there's always the chance I missed minor retcons due to me having already been so far along, these are just the ones that showed that a retcon was occurring in the first place.

TThe problem was that nobody took trump seriously until it was too late. What I don't understand is why people would vote for him.
