That's really weird. I looked at her account, and it does say she's waiting for email confirmation. She checked all her folders, right? It might've been sent to Junk by mistake.

Yeah, she checked all her folders, just never seemed to get it. Even checked her email to make sure didn't make a mistake in it but it's correct. Would you be able to resend it?
