I kind of miss it. I used to love reading through the debates.

Yeah I think deleting it was drastic. Archiving it would have been better, I'm pretty sure lots of guys had some posts and conversations that would've been great to sift through (or to refer to in future similar discussions). Had I been warned beforehand that it would be deleted then I probably would've saved a lot of the things that Zed posted. There's also the glossary of fallacies that is always good to reread.

You'll probably see a lot of things like this over the next few weeks. We don't intend to just leave sections barren, the Official Tutorials had a reworking about a year ago and was left with one outdated thread that I removed, so now it's empty completely. We intend to fill the section in the future.

No posts have been deleted, I never do anything that destructive intentionally. Instead of "deleting" any section of the forum I just hide them from view. They're still intact and should still count towards your post count. I am not 100% certain of the exact reason for the lowered post counts, but it likely happened when I synchronized the post counts for the forums to correct the numbers shown on the main page after moving around a lot of threads, and I suspect that what you're seeing now are the true numbers as shown in the database, which is missing a lot of data after all the times it was messed up through the years.

Luckily, i never posted in the Debate Section, because i'm retarded.
