View Profile Is this a joke or actually within the rules? I thought we had to list out which game were specifically parodying.
Both haha. Listing the games is really just a formality so we can get an idea of what people are working on and how it changes as the competition progresses. I didn't intend it to be a limiting factor, a few people have had some great ideas and come to me asking if they could avoid listing any specific games to keep their idea a surprise, which I think is fine. If I was entering I would argue that as long as it includes content that has to do with video games then it's related to the theme of "video game parody". How you use that is up to you, as long as you're not straying far away from that theme.

View Profile The only thing your mom and preschool have in common is that they've both had a lot of kids in them.

Say Nish. How is your comic doing? Will it ever see the light of the day?

Comics take so much work, like so much.

I can guess that. I'm actually making my own comic now. Though it propably won't be published anywhere, it'd be good to complete such a project.

It will. Its just that I started that comic and finished 12 issues of about 20 pages each back when I was somewhat unemployed and starting my own business, but now I'm super busy since my old production company hired me back as the GM. As Vorpal pointed out, it is backbreaking work. So I've put it on the shelf for a while but I will restart it soon. Sometimes, time off helps because you get to work out the little wrinkles and kinks in the story.
Hows your comic coming along? Give us a peek.
EDIT:
Nish came back? Oh my.
Hey, K.S... hows it going?

I might show some character concept art sometime in the art forum. The comic is still in script form though.
