We're talking about the election, tomorrow is election day, Wednesday it will all finally be over. Although thats also day 1 of the inevitable meltdown from Trump and his supporters when Hillary wins, not sure what to expect but it wont be pretty

First off I wouldn't consider myself Republican, secondly I told you on Discord how I hadn't looked up sources and happily conceded when you proved me wrong. Did it change my mind? No. Just removed a bit of clutter from the mounds of garbage.

Im pretty sure we all know Hillary is going to win, doesn't mean I don't want the Donald to beat her. Either way I still get paid. I just hope the whole Hillary v Russia thing can wait until my enlistment is done.

America's basically fucked either way at this stage. I'd choose Trump over Clinton though. She represents everything that's wrong with politics, while he represents everything that's wrong with Americans. I'd rather see a controversial idiot in office than someone who rigs elections, manipulates the media, infiltrates internet forums and image boards, has people assassinated, mishandles data, and advocates wars. The damage Trump will do is the kind that can be undone - mostly economic and social. I don't think the same can be said for Clinton - people will die.

Isn't at least half of that purely speculation though? Besides, I wouldn't put it past Trump to do some of the things you just listed anyway. He's not exactly the shining example of foreign policy and PR. Plus I highly doubt that whatever damage Trump might to do will be more reversible than what Clinton might do. 20/20 hindsight when it happens.

I suppose some of it is speculation, but not all of it. There's definitely a lot of shady shit going on with the Clintons. Wikileaks isn't all over her because they want Trump to win, they're all over her because she's a real threat to liberty.

I think Trump is just a shallow showman saying what he thinks people want to hear in order to get votes. I don't think he has any deeply held beliefs, he's just a shit-stirrer trying to become president for the benefit of his business. He just kind of opportunistically reacts instinctively to things and that makes it impossible to take what the positions he takes on his campaign seriously. That makes him a wildcard to me - what he'll actually do if he gets elected is unclear. Will it be stupid? Probably. Dangerous? Maybe, but not likely to be any more dangerous than what Clinton will do. I'd rather choose a wildcard over a devil.

The fact is if he's elected he won't be able to govern unless he moves his position closer to the middle and becoming more moderate instead of appealing to the far right, where he's looking to get votes from now. I'd be very surprised if his policies in office are anywhere near as bad as they are on his campaign. If they are, it'll just push people towards a more progressive president in the future. That'll be like taking a sledgehammer to democracy - it'll piss people off. Clinton's is a slow road to oblivion, like poison.

Well if it's a bob cat from the central Oregon high desert, then it probably is.

All these cat puns are a purrfect chance to show this:

Something funny I saw a long time ago. It has to do with puns, so, uh, it's relevant, right?
