View Profile When I say "construction is dying," I don't mean we need less; I mean that nobody is going into the industry, hence why there are so many incomplete jobs and why adding more jobs will further delay and cost us. We need to get more people into the field, not overwork the people already there or further cut their potential growth.
Ah. I see. That makes more sense. I think part of the problem is that construction jobs have been saddled with just above 0 incentive for workers.

Which will be balanced by Trump's stance, which is that coal and oil can be gathered in a responsible manner, and that regulations which have negligible benefit for the environment should be lifted.

this is what I do with all my problems. I feel fine because numbness technically isn't a negative feeling so life is good rn.

But isn't this how problems get worse? if we let a few in now they will evolve and flood the general section. We need better defenses.
