I envy people with your linguistic ability. I just don't see the point. I have no intention of going to half the places you learn languages of and in the other half most of the people speak English anyway. I know enough of a few languages to say "sorry, I do not speak [language]" and "where's the pub" but anything more is genericly useless.

Also, the stuff you learn in language lessons is "I live in a small house with three bedrooms. My favourite subject at school is ..." and I cannot imagine what sort of situation I would find myself in where it is necessary to tell a Frenchman what I'm wearing.

Stupid school, learning me all these languages. Why the **** would I learn Latin!?
