@Mantha: I dunno. He almost seems to be wising up to the whole "do not feed the troll and they'll just leave" thing (in which case ban) but it's a close call and I could be mistaken.

He needs to be banned for his own good. It's like you wouldn't let a kid out of the house if he had a compulsion to play in traffic. He seems unable to see a thread and think "I don't know what they're on about so I'll just ignore it and get on with some pivoting," and instead he makes himself an easy target.
