Well it's too much of a hassle to go and download a song and listen to it (well, it's not really, but it's more effort than clicking a link to an animation for instance). Also, most people here don't really know much/care about music, so it's hard for them to appreciate it. I personally don't go because I always just click "New Posts" button and they never seem to come up.
